Hi, maybe you can tell me an idea of what is going on. Both of my hands get total numb at night no matter how I position my hands, also feel pins and needles, takes a while for my hand to get back to normal. Having difficulty graving things, loss strength, having pain in my fingers, palm, and sometimes feel some electric shocks in my arms during the day. Rosanna
