You might possibly have a Intervertebral Disc prolapse. You will need Xrays and MRI scan to confirm the diagnosis. Get it checked as soon as possible by an orthopedician. Avoid lifting any heavy weights and always keep your back supported when you work prolonged periods at your desk job. Take care.
