What Causes Constant Pain In Hips And Legs Despite Suffering From Sciatica?
I have fever for the last 4 days (101 to 102). What is bothering me is the constant pain from the hips through both legs. I used to have sciatica issue and was going through physical therapy and my pain was under control. Even when I had pain it was occassional and positional. If I change the position, usually the pain goes away. Now, the fever has increased the pain 10 times and also it is there all the time. Advil or Motrin help reduce the pain, but for a limited time. I can feel the pain going throuh/developing in the center of the leg mass vertically, sometimes on the thigh, sometimes on the calf, or some time on the hip/lower back.Is this a symptom of something else? How do I get rid of it?
The symptoms that you have described seem to be due to sciatica. In case of sciatica, the underlying cause of sciatica needs to be known and thus treated. Compression of spinal nerves can cause sciatica.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
