General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Various factors, including nerve damage, arthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and autoimmune disorders, can cause constant leg pain. Your doctor's diagnosis of fibromyalgia is a common cause of chronic pain and muscle tenderness and is often treated with medication such as Lyrica, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes.

Suppose your pain is not responding to treatment. In that case, it may be necessary to seek a second opinion or consider additional diagnostic tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and determine the most effective course of treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
