What Causes Constant Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Hello, I m 44 now I had a partial hysteromy and gall bladder removed at same time almost two years ago. No for some reason I m having pains behind navel and downward. Also seems like I have to tinkle a lot and hurts to lay in bed or sit at times. Any ideas of what is wrong with me?

Certain conditions that could be the cause for your pain are :

1. Urine Infection
2. Kidney Stones.
3. Infection of the gut.
4. Intervertebral Disc Problems : Problems in the disc which are present in the spine ( back bone ) can cause pain in the back and Abdomen.

So for the evaluation of the cause of your pain you need to undergo the following tests .

Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis scan , Urine Routine and X ray Lumbar spine .
