What Causes Constant Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I just visited the doctor and we ruled out urine tract and kidney infection. I have a consistent pain like I am passing a egg but consistent. Called my Obgyn and the nurse said if condition persist passed one or two days we need to schedule either a pelvic phone or so no the message was unclear.

In view of this please do an abdominopelvic ultrasound to rule out this conditions
