What Causes Constant Pain In Lower Left Abdomen In A Teenager?

The past 4 weeks my daughter has been having lower left abdominal pain and it is beginning to become constant she s 19 years old and very tiny other symptoms include, she s bloaded and it s tender to the touch said it almost feels like a gassy feeling ....nothing seems to make it feel better ....can u help

You first start with what organs are there. muscles, colon, female reproductive tract. While it can be just a pulled muscle or tendon, irritable bowel, or an STD are all very common. A GYN exam would be a good place to start.
