What Causes Constant Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

I ve had pain in my lower right abdomen for 2 weeks now had an ultra sound scan on ovaries all clear other than thickened colon wall. Had colonoscopy and clear of colitis etc but biopsies been taken anyway. Don t have a temperature as its 36.1 but I feel cold then hot with sweats and pain is really hurting me when I move or cough n throbs when not moving

From the presentation it seems you are suffering from Appendicitis.Get youself tested for infection, investgations are Hb Tlc Dlc Esr Blood culture Blood sugar urine routine.If i have to treat such a patient i will suggest nothing by mouth, ryles tube aspiration injection amoxy cv 1000gm three times a day iv injection ciprofloxacin one bottle iv injection metronidazole 200mg three times aday inj pantoprazole one vial twice a day ,inj diclofenac one ampoule daily iv fluids with normal saline.
