The symptoms are constant pain in right elbow that has moved down toward my wrist, now both wrist feel the extreme pain as in my elbow. It is enterfering with my work and daily routine activities. It s unbarable most of time. It started in right elbow two months ago and moved to wrist two weeks ago
As per your query you have right elbow pain , which is radiating towards your wrist and interfering in work . Well there can be many reasons for elbow opain like :-
It seems to me that in your case the probable reason for elbow pain is either cubital tunnel syndrome or tennis elbow which usually occur due to repeated movements . I would suggest you to give full rest to your arm , start stretching exercises and start physical therapy if elbow . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis and rule out other causes . Doctor will take history and examine physically and may order X-ray or CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory . Sometimes surgery is also require .
