What Causes Constant Pain In The Abdomen?

ihave had constant pain in my abdomen with my period starting over 10 days ago with constipation period is most irregular ever. not tapering off and starting with a discharge before blood almost like a cyst. that has ruputured and still draining.i dk. I am 45 menopause ready

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you haveconstant pain in the abdomen. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like kidney infection , gastritis , pancreatitis and inflammatory illnesses of the bowel . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor will take history , see that in which direction pain is going , order kidney function test , blood test and ultrasound . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist if there will be condition related to gastric problem . For now apply warm compresses on back and upper abdomen and take anaspas for pain .
