What Causes Constant Pain In The Feet And Hands?
I have constant pain in my feet and hands. Feel bad but functioning most days. Achy, hot. Had a fusion 7 months ago at L 23 and 34 as well as a cage placed between 2 vertebrae. Onset about 2 months ago - no relief with the exception of a bit from acupuncture. Had blood work and chest X-ray late this past week.

Kindly get your x-ray spine or MRI spine done to know if there is any impingement on the nerves at the L2, 3, 4 spaces because if there is any problem, then usually this is the sequelae.
If there is something pathological, then weighing the risks and benefits you can take either medical or surgical treatment.
