i have gotten a dozen surgeries for carpartment symtrome in july for doing a 2 mile run in the extreme heat. i also have foot drop and need a brace to assist with walking. i wont be able to return to work after 9 months still recovering and having more physical therapy. i also applied for social security disability and retirement disability for the federal governmnent working as a federal armed officer. i have constance pain in my left leg and nerve pain especially when appying cream meds and taking showers. what do you recommend to heal and walk and whats your opinion on applying for retirement?
