General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on your symptoms I would like to rule out fibromyalgia. Would you clarify few things for me please?
• Do you smoke or consume alcohol?
• Do you still have your period?
• What are your height and weight?
• Do you have any children?
• Do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
• Do you have any other symptoms like sleep disturbances or digestion troubles?
• Do you live alone?

I recommend:
• A physician consult
• Blood tests -- complete blood count, thyroid stimulating hormone, kidney and liver function tests, autoimmune panel (ANA, P-ANCA, C-ANCA, RF, lupus anticoagulant)
• Urine analysis
• Chest x-ray
• Hip joint x-ray if clinically indicated

Based on these and a thorough clinical examination, we can arrive at a diagnosis. Please try and exercise regularly. Start with walking at a comfortable pace. For more intense workout, consult your physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
