What Causes Constant Pain In The Lower Left Abdomen?
I have had lower abdomen/groin pain on my left side for 7 weeks. The pain is constant. The pain also goes down into the upper part of my thigh part of the time. My lower back/buttock also hurts on left side. Have had pelvic ultrasound done .... shows nothing. Abdomen ultrasound - nothing. CT shows very small lesion on liver. But, lower abdomen pain wouldn t be from anything with my liver would it? I m getting an MRI in a few days. Dr told me that back pain could send nerve pain and abdomen/thigh pain could be from that. I had back surgery 10 years ago on low back ... have degenerative discs and arthritis. Your thoughts on my groin pain?? Thank you!

What Causes Constant Pain In The Lower Left Abdomen?
Hello, Abdominal pain in lower ureteric stone, femoral hernia or inguinal hernias with valvulus may present like radiating pain to thigh. Lower back pain or sciatica or prolapsed disc or nerve root compression may present radiating pain. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pregabalin. Get MRI spine and Consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
