Hi There

see this tightness on calf muscle you are feeling can be a muscle cramp that last for few second to minutes. It can because of long standing, exposure to cold temperature or due to dehydration in a normal healthy person.

Whenever it happens try to stretch the calf muscle .
- If you are sitting then straighten your leg and flex your foot up toward your knee.
- If standing then lean forward against the wall. Keep the knee of the affected leg straight and the heel on the ground.
- take plenty of fluids.
It will help you out.

Good Luck
