General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most likely cause of constant shoulder pain interfering with movements indicate muscle sprain or strain in usual instances, with exceptional cases of rotator cuff tendon injury insidiously. I would recommend a physician evaluation on primary basis to fix the underlying cause and guide accordingly. Till time being approach would be analgesic spray with capsaicin, tablets as ibuprofen after meals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
