What Causes Constant Pain On Left-sided Neck, Shoulder And Weakness In Muscles?
Continuous pain in left back of neck, shoulder area; starting to feel in back same side - never had before. Inflexibility in turning neck to the left - always had some stiffness in turning. I almost feel as if my neck muscles are too weak to comfortably hold my head.

Hello,
Do X-ray cervical spine and rule out cervical spondylosis. Then go for Cardio workout and rule out any cardiac cause, since all complaints on left side.
