What Causes Constant Pelvic Pain While On Yamini?

Mitali: I am 27 yrs old unmarried.prescribed Tablet Yamini (B.C.P.) for severe acne. but my periods are always reguler & painless. Today I finished first month dose of 21 days. My period are expected in next 5 days.My concern is , I am getting mild pain in cervical region since last 10 days. what could be the possible cause ? thanks.

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

YAMINI is an oral contraceptive that produces an artificial cycle.If earlier your menses were for 22 days but after starting yamini they come regularly after every 25 days,it is normal. Also make sure that you are taking it daily,not missing any tablet and starting the next packet on the 8th day of finishing the previous packet.

Yamini Tablet is used in the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Abnormal growth of hair on women's face & body
Acne
Birth control
Breast cancer


Yamini Tablet improves the patient’s condition by performing the following functions on the body:
Restoring the oestrogen in the body.
Suppressing release of eggs from ovary.

So, I would like to suggest you not to worry about anything and if the period still does not start after a week after completing the pack, you should visit your prescribing physician as soon as possible.
