What Causes Constant Phlegm In Throat And Ear Blockage?

Hi, starting about 4-5 years ago I became really flemy in the throat and it has affected my hearing. Maybe 2 or 3 times a year when I yawn my hearing will become crystal clear for about 5 sec and then it becomes muffled again. I would like some suggestions how to get rid of this problem for good. I want to hear clearly again:D

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The mucus in your throat is due to post nasal drip of secretions.

It is commonly due allergic sinusitis and this can be associated with a change in hearing.

Most commonly stimulated by allergens which can be dust/pollen/animal dander.

The use of topical steroid nasal sprays and oral antihistamines would help as well as avoiding the allergen if possible.

I hope this helps
