Bone and joint associated health is a common issue encountered in women who are peri- or post menopausal. The hormones are responsibld in maintaining good bone health and with changes in their production and levels, there is deterioration of bone health that can result in conditions like spondylosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc.
Do not be afraid, getting diagnosed and treated may prevent worse complications that can arise from negligence.
Best wishes.
