Hi, your symptom look like Tension headache, which could be associated with cervical spondylitis. in such cases to rule out cervical spondylitis we generally need a simple X Ray. but tension headache is more of a clinical diagnosis, and no investigations can be done to prove it My recommendations to you
Consult Neurologist to clear Tension Headache
Get X Ray of cervical spine done.
Start cervical muscle strengthening exercises.
stop overstaining the neck, do not watch TV for long or sit on computer for long in a stretch.
Take analgesics as an when required but daily hot formentation of neck muscle is must, can try ultrasono.
