Good day, I recently bought a fitbit, and one of the things it does is track my sleep. It seems most nights I m waking up 2-3 times for a total of 5-8 minutes, which seems to be no big deal. However, I m noticing that every night it s repoting that I m restless 30+ times, totaling 40 minutes or more. Because of this I m reportedly getting much less sleep than I had previously thought! Is this normal? If not, what steps can I take to remedy this restlessness? Thank you for your time!
