What Causes Constant Ringing And Warm Sensation In Ears?
I have ringing in both ears, and a warm sensation in only my right ear which is a new symptom. I have had hearing tests, and as a result my doctor has ordered an MRI. What would the warm sensation indicate, and is there any other testing that should be done before or instead of the MRI?
Understanding your concern. As per your query constant ringing and warm sensation in ears is known as ' TINNITUS '. Need not to worry. It can occur due to :-
- Change in over all blood pressure or change in localize blood pressure due to some reason like compressing of artery .
I would suggest you to consult neurologist , oral surgeon and ENT specialist once and start treatment after proper prescription. Warmness could be due to nerve injury. Till then take course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications. For then do yoga and meditation and reduce stress level .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
