Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Tinnitus that is ringing in ears and in case if you are exposed on a long term to a continuous low sound it can cause Tinnitus..
Other causes of tinnitus can be ear infection, ear drum perforation, Acoustic Neuroma, Otosclerosis, Meniere's disease,TMJ problems etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated again and he can advise you investigations like Otoscopic examination, x Ray MRI,Audiometry etc to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treat accordingly..
As Tinnitus is not a disease and is a symptom of a disease therefore treatment of underlying cause can relieve the symptoms..
You can be advised tricyclic anti-depressant and Alprazolam..
You can also be advised multivitamin supplements and also Neuromodulation can be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
