What Causes Constant Ringing Sound In The Ears Along With Dizziness?
I was in a car accident in January where I minorly hit the side of my head against my window on the driver side, resulting in nothing but redness and burning on my ear. Weeks later I started experiencing a loud ringing in my right ear and a couple weeks after that I developed a fluttering in the left ear accompanied with short episodes of dizziness. What could this be
Conditions like tinnitus must be ruled out. As a first line management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. An otoscopic examination is required to rule out possible causes like perforated tympanic membrane.
