What Causes Constant Shoulder And Knee Pain?
i really do not understand the feeling i have on my shoulder and sometimes on my knees, what i know is that it is not the regular or normal pain. it is something like uneasy and so irritating that i sometimes just wanted cut through it because it is something within. thank you.

It is mostly due to some muscle strain. Take some pain killer with muscle relaxants like dan-mr or osteonac-th. Do hot water fomentation over same site if not relieved then consult orthopedic and go for x-ray or other investigations to isolate the cause.
