What Causes Constant Sleepiness Along With Memory Loss?

Hieee i m zabin i dnt knw what is happing to me i m not able to think unable to remember things . Always feel sleepy . Irritated with other and always fight with my mom and sisters m not even able to pay attention to ny of the thing i can t evem study i feel my mind is not working at all

Thank you for your query.

I've gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms would lead me to primarily rule out thyroid hormone imbalances, anemia and sleep apnea.

I would :-
- get a detailed medical, personal and family history.
- clinically examine you for signs of thyroid enlargement, anemia in addition to a complete physical exam.
-get blood tests done (complete blood count, peripheral smear, Esr, Thyroid profile, blood glucose levels, adrenal function, kidney and liver function tests, Vitamin B12 levels)

Based on this I could advise you further.
I recommend you see your physician to rule out the above.
My recommendations :
- maintain strict sleep schedule
- try to walk for 15-20minutes daily.
-maintain nutritious diet rich In green leaves and coloured vegetables.
-avoid caffeine, alcohol, sleep medications.
