Adult male 41yo who has been told by his work to leave due to his anger outbursts and a report from his therapist that he took a gun to work with intent to shoot his supervisor. He did not take the gun out of his car however. He says people tell him he is really angry but he doesn t feel angry. On the other hand he says he can wake up mad and feel that way all day. He says that his anger was normal, he was normal, and this has gotten worse over the last 2-3 years. I was with him for 2 hours and he seemed very mild mannered. I can t find any behavioral helath reason, such as trauma, to account for his anger. He says he has not had any concussion. He has migraines, starting as a teen. He has recently been dignosed with diabetes. He is not a good historian and seems to be somewhat lower inetelligence level, though he made it into the National Guard at 20yo and has been there ever since. He has never been deployed, no exposure to blasts except he says he has been around tanks and other large weapons. He does have hearing problems due to being around gun fire.
