What Causes Constant Stomach Ache In Children?

My daughter is 5.6 years old and she was complaining that her whole stomach is paining.she was complaining stomach pain for last 20 days .we consulted Doctor and according to them we carried out urine test and stool test.urine test showed no infection but stool test showed Gram-negative bacilli infection.what does this mean ,what are the causes for it and what treatment should we take to completely get rid of it.

Welcome to hcm,
As your child is having gram negative bacilli in stools it indicates bacterial enteritis, it will be cured with a course of antibiotics. As your child is complaining of whole abdominal pain I think your child is having nonspecific colitis which is very common in children. Your child should be fine with a course of antibiotics.
