General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is severe pain while sitting, compression effects of sitting posture are of major concern either from intestine twisting, diaphragm pressure or else. In our clinic, we recommend an evaluation with a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis after clinical examination for further guidelines and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
