Hi, I have had a constant sweet taste in my mouth, it affects the taste of everything I eat, brushing my teeth has no effect on it, this has been going on for several months now there is some history of diabeties in my family in so much as 1 of my older brothers became insulin dependant in his 30,s, I am 53 and 1 of 8 kids so my btother was only 1 of 10 who was ever insulin dependant
Since you are a diabetic this could be well be reason for your taste impairment. you would probably need further tests, kindly see your diabetologist and get yourself eve luster.
