What Causes Constant Tiredness Along With Insomnia On Change Of Location?
Hello: I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto five years ago. I take Eutroxsig 1 pill of 75 mg every morning. Recently my family and I moved from Australia to Canada and all my symptoms worsened dramatically. Moreover I ve found out a lump at the bottom of my neck. am reading here it might be goiter. I have done the blood test but doctor said they are normal. I feel very bad: constantly tired, depressed can t stop eating, don t sleep at night at all and therefore tired all the time. What would be your advise? Thanks in advance. Janara
dear friend what were your symptoms to start with in Australia you are on thyroid replacement therapy and if your values of TFT are normal then you do not need dose adjustment.
change from australia to canada is a big one changes hemisphere, time zones and also weather pattern. some time it takes longer than normal to re adjust all the body pattern
you can try taking a sedative at night for a few days to adjust your sleep cycle. take plenty of exercise and fluids and wait for a while things will readjust
