What Causes Constant Tiredness And Elevated Heart Rate?
I m 47, female. I have been super tiered for over a month. Long story short I went to the gym to try and get some energy. I did not work out hard but my heart rate was around 177, usually I m huffing and puffing at 165 and working out really hard? I took my blood pressure and it was 139/94 and my resting heart rate is 103, which is for high me as well. I d love your input

You should see a cardiologist for the elevated heart rate. You should do an ECG and ECHO for the heart.
