What Causes Constant Tiredness?
Dear sir, My age 40 years,i feel tried most of the time(i mean no energy),i have explained my problem to doctor and doctor has suggested to have carnisure 500 tablet.i am not able to know the root cause of my problem.Doctors says every thing is normal.Can you help me this problem

Tiredness may have several reasons. It is good to have you checked for thyroid function and also a complete laboratory test. Other than that, depression and anxiety can also be reasons for this problem.
