What Causes Constant Twitching Eyes And Numbness On One Side Of The Face?

the left side of my face is numb and my eye twictches constantly, i went to the doctor and they said they dont think its an emergency, potassium is normal, i do have some allergies but they are normal, these are not my symptoms, my girlfriend is experiencing these symptoms

these are neurological or a ticks. no need of treatment indue course of time itwill go. no need of any blood test.your girlfriend having same symptoms are coincident
