Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As a physician, I would like to tell you that there are many reasons behind continuous muscle spasm like muscle injury, nerve irritation, nerve compression, hypocalcaemia, electrolyte abnormality, trauma etc. So I would advise that she should visit a physician as soon as possible to get the right diagnosis and clinical examination done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
