I have pain near the triangle were the stomach meets the chest. The pain is mostly at bay when I am sitting. When I walk the pain starts. When I walk it almost seems like evey step I take I m putting pressure on the injury. The pain quickly spreads to my chest until I take a rest. I have a history of acid reflux but it dosent last that long. All heart tests and blood work came out fine. If I try sit ups again that spot near the triangle pains me
