What Causes Constant Upper Stomach Pain?
I just had a CAT scan done due to constant stomach pain. I had and endosky done in March and have gastritis. Even with Nexium I have been having constant upper stomach pain. They called and said I have thickening of the stomach wall. What could that be or mean?

-chronic gastritis
-h.pylori gastritis
-malignancy
-ulcer
Here you should done your endoscopy examination and subequent biopsy for further work up....
If needed giemsa and special stain used for detecting h.pylori ...
Urea breath test also useful..
Meanwhile avoid excess spicy food...
More fruits....
Aloe vera juice useful...
