What Causes Constant Urge To Blow The Nose?

Good day doctor, I have a problem nose. I am continuously blowing all day and I do not have a cold. I have had this for years and tried allergy pills, sprays, nose drops of all kinds, but nothing helps. I have recently got pills in the uk called Sinuswars, which also don t seem to be doing anything. Please can you help???

I went through your details. I do understand. You tried all those available medicines, consulted many doctors and there is no respite. Could it be a case of pica? Compulsive impulsive habit? Initially you had a problem with your nose and you were worried and blow nose frequently. When time passed you habituated in bose blowing, it became habitual and then obsessive and impulsive. I am just suggesting. When you visit your doctor next time, talk to him about the given possibility. If yes, my advise will be just ignore it and do blow occassionally.
