What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate And Groin Area Pain?
Hello , I have been eating a lot of the halo or clementine oranges or tangerines lately . By a lot I am talking probably 8-10 of those little halos a day . Now lately it seems I get this feeling of always having to go pee and even when I do go 5 minutes after I went I get that same feeling again . It also comes with some pain or discomfort in the groin area . There is no blood in the urine but at times the urine does look cloudy . Besides the oranges I also do drink quite abit of diet Pepsi . Could it be to much acid in my diet and if so besides stopping the consumption of those two things is there anything else that would help that discomfort in the short term . Thank you for your time and am interested in hearing your thoughts on this issue.Edward Sadowski
Since you have constant urge to urinate and also have pain in the groin area, take plenty of water. Take fruits like cucumbers, water melon, etc., that will help to flush out any toxicity in the urine. Since your urine is not clear but cloudy, it is indicative of urinary tract infection.
You are suggested to get urinalyses (R/E and C/S) done. If the reports are positive, you will be treated with a course of oral antibiotics. In the meantime, avoid sex for a couple of days. take care of your hygiene. Avoid using public toilets and washrooms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
