Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of urinary incontinence. For this reason, I recommend consulting first with an urologist for a physical exam, performing an UTI ultrasound and discussing with your doctor on possible medication like Solifenacin or Amitriptyline, which can help improve your situation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
