What Causes Constant Urination And Stabling Pain In An Ovarian Cancer Patient?

I have ovarian cancer, had 18 chemos...then complete hysterectomy, and three more chemotherapy...during early diagnosis in April, doctor found one kidney baking up with urine...and a stent was inserted...during surgery in July, another stent was inserted between kidney and bladder...three weeks ago, second stent was removed and a third stent inserted, as the ureter will not allow urine to pass...my urologist said it was because of the cancer and the chemo that so scared the ureter....I a, now in constant pain, urinating every ten minutes, and only get some relief when I lie down...urologist has prescribed versicare and cephalexin and phenazopyridine....but nothing seems to help...constant urination and stabbing pain when I walk or bend...what do you recommend.
