What Causes Constant Vaginal Bleeding When Diagnosed With Placenta Previa?
Hi..i am 26 weeks pregnant and i have constant vaginal bleeding...the diagnosis for my condition is that i have low lyong placenta ...then they said i have posterior placenta 15 mm away from the orificium...pregnancy cefolique...also i have an intern hematoma 16 × 12 mm...i am worried..what will it be like for my pregnancy
You will need close follow up with your doctor and regular monitoring of the blood tests to make sure you are not developing anemia or need treatment for it. Placenta previa is a risky condition for the mother and the baby and close and careful follow up is necessary.
If the condition is risking you the doctor might decide to give you steroids to help mature the lungs of the baby and may recommend delivery (very likely with surgery).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
