What Causes Constant Vomiting After Eating, Stomach Tightness And Headache?

Hi, i have had constant vomiting for almost 4 weeks now. i throw up approximately 30 minutes after EVERY meal and nothing stays down. after i eat my stomach tightens up and feels like a massive knot and then i throw up. I also have a never-ending headache on the whole left side of my head which has only come up since the vomiting started. i am also vomiting up blood and have constant bloating and stomach pain along with constipation

Hello , there may be deodenal ulcer. , due to which you continue to vomit once you have your food. I advise you to get your endoscopy done .Try to have soft food at regular intervals and also liquid diet., you may find little relief. Many a times it may be acute gastritis due to which you tend to vomit . Headache is also a symptom of gastritis.
