What Causes Constant Vomiting, Frequent Diarrhea And Fatigue?

MY SON HAS EXPERIENCED VOMITING AFTER OR EVEN DURING EATING. HE BECOMES VERY HOT INSIDE AND FEELS AND LOOKS FLUSHED FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. HE ALSO HAS EXPERIENCED FREQUENT DIARRHEA FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. HE ALSO HAS EXPERIENCED ABNORMAL FATIGUE LATELY. HE IS DOING THE GUY THING OF AVOIDING SEEING A DOCTOR. DOES THIS COMBINATION SOUND SERIOUS? HE IS 29 YEARS OLD. THANKS!
