What Causes Constant Vomiting Post Removal Of Knee Replacement Due To Infection?

Three days ago, my sister had her knee replacement removed due to infection. Her leg was packed with cement and an antibiotic and she is receiving iv antibiotics to treat the infection. Before the surgery, my sister was taking 189 mg of methadone daily at a methadone clinic. The hospital will only give her 60 mg of methadone. It is day 3 since her sugery and she has been throwing up all day. What can I do to help her. I talked to the nurse and asked her to call the doctor. The doctor agreed to give my sister 60 mg twice a day instead of once a day. This is still only 2/3 or what she was taking at the outpatient clinic. I feel my sister is detoxing off of methadone and her pain is not being addressed properly. What can I do to help her?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here it is better to continue the same medicine of 60 mg and no need to worry about anything and ask your sister to just bear the pain as hard as she could, no need to increase the dose of drug, it is not the matter or worry at all hope this information helps.
