What Causes Constant Weight Gain?

hi doc..i am 32 oll mother of 3 kids.. my problem is my constant increasing weight despite complete fatless diet. my doc suggested glycomet 500 sr which i have been taking since last 2 months but the weight is not going down all my tests are normal including thyroid but still i cant find a reason for the weight increase

I understand your concern.
What you are doing for weight reduction seems to be only with diet and medication.
You need to include exercise to your chart. Kindly go for morning and evening brisk walk regularly for about 40 minutes. Practice yoga exercise and meditation to keep your body and mind fit. Avoid refined carbohydrates which increase your blood glucose and junk food.
Hopefully, this should help to reduce your weight gradually by natural means.
