What Causes Constipation, Abdominal Pain And Right-sided Pain In Back?
Hello , I am female and I am constipated , I have constant pain in my back and in the right side , pretty much abdominal pain .I went to see a doctor she analyzed my urine and said I need a sonogram for more info .Now I cannot push tu use the restroom .It hurts in back and over my ovaries.I feel that I m blocked and even walking hurts

Definitely you need a sonogram of Abdomen for any urinary tract pathology particularly calculii of urinary tract.
