Hi, I am 20 years old and have been using smokeless tobacco (dip) for about four years now. I want to quit and I feel as if I am not even that addicted to it (i only use it four times a day max, most days even less). The only thing is that every time I try to go without it for a few days I cannot have a bowel movement. Things just dont move like they do when I dip. any advice on things I could try to help with this?
