What Causes Constipation Along With Diarrhea?
Hey I am 20 years old and I have been suffering from constipation and it s not going away it started before few days of my periods with bloating but normally I get diarrhea during my periods but this time this constipation didn t go away I am scared plzzz help .....This thing has never happened to me before if I take laxative it will go away and I ll get diarrhea and then the next it will be the same but now there is only constipation no bloating I am on 3rd day of my periods still in the same condition

Might be the features of condition called irritable bowel syndrome. Check out with physician for medications or modes of treatment. Take rest, practice relaxation techniques, don't take much stress.
